ReHelper是款可串聯多方維修技師進行線上維修討論的空調維修管理系統。可協助辦公大樓、學校教室、出租套房與民宿客房，管理與報修多座智能空調，並提供遠距控制，讓管理者能輕鬆掌握各區空調狀況。ReHelper並可管理及追蹤現場維修員，降低病菌透過維修員和空調系統擴散；並可在維修當下進行直播，提供現場的協作與監督。

ReHelper is an air-conditioning maintenance management system that can connect multiple maintenance technicians in series for online maintenance discussions. It can assist office buildings, school classrooms, rental suites and B&B rooms to manage and repair multiple smart air conditioners, and provide remote control so that managers can easily control the air conditioner status in each area. ReHelper can also manage and track on-site maintenance personnel to reduce the spread of germs through maintenance personnel and air-conditioning systems; it can also conduct live broadcasts during maintenance to provide on-site collaboration and supervision.
